Woodland Trust – Trees donated
Oldfields has received a donation of approximately 420 trees from the Woodland Trust. Whilst not enough for each individual student, each class will be allocated a selection of trees to plant during their Geography lessons in the week 20th – 24th March. There have been a lot of discussions around the planting of the trees and the creation of a woodland walk. The area has also been marked out to include potential space for an outside ‘Teaching and Learning area’ in the middle of the woodland area as a part of a future development.
